Two years of kitchen management experience in upscale casual dining with $3M-$5M yearly revenue is required.
Hospitality must be second nature to all candidates providing extraordinary guest experiences as well as a warm family environment to all team mates.
Must take ownership of Kitchen Operations and be able to work side by side with the team to raise performance, quality and exquisite sanitation practices.
