Recruiting Area Manager

Overview:

Responsible for onboarding and helps to supports the day-to-day functions of the HR office both administratively and operationally.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of the HR office functions to include scheduling, coverage, day to day functions, and professional development of all HR interns.
  • Coordinate and conduct interview training.
  • Oversee all uniform opertation to include inventory, ordering, and organization.
  • Assist with management of all HRIS functions for associates.
  • Assist with variety of emploee relations activities.
  • Develop and supervise execution of various associate programs.
  • Train, supervise, and guide seasonal HR staff.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Most Weekends during the hiring season (March-August) are required
  • 3-4
    years related experience in a supervisory role required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Access databases.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state or provincial law.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
