Sales & Service Consultants are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.

Your day-to-day will involve:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Selling and/saving products and services Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments.
Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs Full range of billing and collections duties Full range of repair resolution duties Some things we consider critical for this role:
Schedule flexibility Experience in a customer focused role Outstanding communication and listening skills Ability to work independently and make solid decisions Energetic Professional History of excellent work attendance Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude Must haves for this job:
