HCM Application Support Specialist (Payroll) Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform a range of payroll, HR, and time & labor management activities associated with the processing and management of payroll and benefits to ensure client employees are paid accurately and on time - Develop an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of our software applications to assist clients with training, trouble shooting, and support - Review reports and validate totals for accuracy within the software application - Provide outstanding customer service to all clients - Maintain integrity and confidentiality of HR / payroll database and its contents - Develop strong business partnerships with clients, including the owners or their respective human resources, payroll, and/or accounting team members - Timely resolution of client questions / inquiries - Respond to client telephone calls or emails and follow up as needed - Assist with quarter end / year end reporting and tax return preparation - Assist management with special projects, software updates, new procedures, and other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required - Knonos UKG Workforce Ready or cloud-based HR application experience preferred - CPP or FPC certification preferred - Focused on accuracy very detail oriented - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Team player with the ability to work collaboratively at all times - Problem solving skills that enable you to develop solutions that meet client needs and expectations - In addition to learning from experienced team members, the candidate must have the ability to learn through self-study and remote training - Ability to operate within a high-volume environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously - 3
years customer service accounting HR experience required - Strong aptitude in working with numbers and financial data - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and web applications Job Type:
