Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants - Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance - Proficiency in troubleshooting logic controllers and electrical systems - Ability to weld and fabricate as needed for repairs or modifications - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a team if necessary - Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants Please note that this is a general job description for a Maintenance Technician.
