Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answering phone calls - Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times - Scheduling appointments - Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
