Job Function:
Provide assistance to loan officers and support to the Loan Administration Department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection and completeness of application packages and documentation.
Schedule meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and gathering other necessary information.
Assist in the evaluation and documentation of collateral securing the loan.
Work closely with Loan Administration in the closing process including ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and signed.
Assisting Credit Analysts in gathering financial information from customers.
Provide general administrative support to the commercial loan team.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or greater in related field preferred.

years of commercial loan experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
