Job Description:
Don's & Ben's Liquors is looking for energetic, motivated, honest and passionate people to become Store Managers that will supervise the daily operations of our stores that specialize in the sale of liquor, beer, wine.
The Store Manager will oversee the daily store operations including employee management, training, inventory control and loss prevention.
The store manager will be responsible for providing a strong hands-on focus on customer service to ensure that our customers have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage all daily store operations, supervise employees, and manage inventory and drive sales.
Demonstrate leadership and promotes a teamwork-oriented environment setting high standards for optimum guest service.
Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
Maintain awareness of our products, merchandise promotions and advertisements Train, develop and motivate your employees.
Demonstrate leadership and promote a teamwork-oriented environment setting high standards and modeling behavior for optimum guest service.
Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales and control inventory.
Store Manager Qualifications Minimum of 2 years Convenience Store management experience.
(Required) A valid driver's license and dependable transportation & must be able to travel to other retail store locations.
Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission Certification (TABC) Ability to frequently lift or move 40-to-50-pound items and stand for extended periods of time.
