Position Overview:
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our clinic and the first point of contact for our clients.
You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Schedule appointments and handle phone inquiries Ensure that client records are accurate and up-to-date Provide information about our clinic's services, including pricing, procedures, and policies Ensure that the clinic is clean and presentable at all times Follow up with clients to ensure that their pets are recovering well after their visits Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Comfortable handling pets of all sizes and temperaments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required We are a drug-free workplace and perform a full comprehensive pre-employment drug screen.
