Responsibilities:
Oversee service orders and flow of the driver lane.
Must ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Provide support for all vehicle owner inquiries by incoming calls and in-person walk-in's.
This insures that the customer does not get mishandled.
This will allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customers.
Ensure the daily inventory of technician's time is consistently sold to service customers.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Qualifications:
Organized and friendly personality.
Time management skills.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Team oriented and self-motivated.
Able to work with little supervision.
Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
