This role is a critical piece of our daily operation and controls the speed and friendliness of service we provide to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Deliver quality customer experience.
(Excellent food /Guest interactions) Contribute a positive attitude to staff morale Prepare, assemble and serve products Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Competencies:
Dependable Servant Spirit with a strong sense of stewardship Honesty/Integrity Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace Ability to work in a Team Environment Prior restaurant customer service experience is not required but is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
